To prepare customized proposals and presentations for providing strategy and solutions to clients in consultation with the operations team.
To manage the quality and timeliness of regular & ad-hoc client deliverables.
To participate in new business pitches through ideation with core team members for concepts and preparation of presentations and cost proposals.
To grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed the client's expectations.
To analyze data and make its interpretation.
To maintain client’s database and sharing weekly MIS & project progress reports with client & Internal teams
To ensure liaising between client’s sales and marketing teams, internal operations team, technical teams, and vendors.
To manage finances for the existing client– Preparation of cost proposals, Estimate and invoicing requisitions, outstanding follow-ups and maintenance of billing records for all clients.
Responsible to make effort to build advocates for T7E and himself/herself to ensure T7E maximizes its revenue opportunity from the client account.
